48hr Delivery is Standard
24hr Delivery is charged at £3.00
Same Day Delivery is charged at £5.00
Weekends By Special Arrangement and not including 24hr Delivery or Same Day Delivery additional fees apply for these services.
Bank Holidays by special arrangement and charged at an additional cost of £8 per load,not including 24hr Delivery or Same Day Delivery additional fees apply for these services.
Once a regular order is established wherever possible 24hr delivery will take place at no extra charge ,however this cannot be guaranteed unless you have requested this service at the additional cost .
Delivery and Pick times will be by prior arrangement with clients,should you not be available at the arranged time please notify me by phone at least 2hrs prior to rearrange a convenient time,failure to do so will result in an additional charge of £10.00 to cover petrol and time ,this charge only relates to delivery of your ironing .Pickup is always at the clients request and pre-arranged,usually eliminating any confusion or mishaps.
