My aim is to provide you with an efficient,high standard and reliable service at a reasonable cost to the pocket,intially i ask all new customers to provide their own bag or basket and this should include your name and address attached.You are also asked to provide enough hangers for your clothes,unused hangers will be returned with your delivery.Once a regular order is established i will provide you with your own laundry bag clearly labelled and hangers which must be returned on a regular cycle.
Clothes must be the right side out for ironing,as must bedding,should any item require reversing ie: logos,transfers,delicates,i will do these as and when necessary.
I have tried to keep my price list as simple as possible so that you can easily add up your own costs,but for those customers that are too busy or would prefer me to make calculations i will provide a breakdown sheet of your charges with the number of items and cost at delivery,
All fees must be paid either on collection or delivery and no later,
My preferred method of payment is CASH.
Cheques are acceptable.
