Please ensure you read the terms and conditions as this could save any confusion in the future .
1/ All clothes to be right side out for ironing ,regular failure to do this will incur an additional fee.
2/Dirty washing will be returned un ironed ,
3/Stained or tatty items will be ironed but photographed to save any dispute later on.
4/ I do not accept underwear other than loose fitting boxer shorts and camisole tops.
5/Wet washing is not accepted and will be returned in a plastic bag and unironed ,with a note explaining the reasons.
6/Where ever possible please fold your ironing neatly as this helps in the ironing process,although i use a pro steam generated iron but there are only so many creases one can remove from an item screwed up in a ball .
7/Items damaged previously through over ironing will be ironed but photographed and recorded on your notes so as to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding .
8/All ironing is done in a smoke free enviroment,
9/Payment is Required either on Pickup or Delivery and no later,
10/Any complaints concerning finished articles must be reported on day of receipt and no later.
11/Any complaints or concerns i may have will be discussed at delivery if this is not possible i will leave a message requesting you contact me at your convenience.
12/All items to be ironed are accepted at the owners risk ,all reasonable claims for items damaged during the ironing process will be considered for suitable compensation.In the unlikely event of any item being damaged whilst in my care i will compensate upto a maximum of £50.Claims of damage must however be made on the day of receipt.
13/I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of buttons
14/All loads will be checked and verified by the proprietor
15/Special requests must be included with your ironing in writing ie:sentimental,delicate or special occasion.
16/items that clearly state they are not suitable to be ironed will be returned unironed.
17/Any item that is returned unironed will contain an explanatory note stating the reasons .
18/Receipts are given on request
19/The number of hangers in your possession will be recorded ,this is to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding at a later date .
20/If hangers are not circulated regularly an additional fee to cover their cost will be incurred.
